EXHIBITORS PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in our Exhibitors Program. Here is a wonderful opportunity to get connected with professionals, students, educators, therapists, counselors, consultants and other creative minded people interested in the Creative Arts Therapies.

We would like to invite you, as a current or prospective supporter of the Creative Arts, to consider promoting your product and/or services during our symposium.  There are three main areas available: Vendor Exhibits, Brochures on our Display Tables, and Display Advertising in the Symposium Program.

The pricing are as follows:

Vendor Exhibit Tables
(2'-6" x 8'-0") These are not booths

Early Reservation on or before February 1, 2007
$200
Late Reservation after February 1, 2007
Brochures on our Display Tables
$45.00 per marketing piece
You may place Brochures, Flyers, Small Catalogues, Pamphlets, etc. on our Display Tables.
Please submit a sample along with your application and payment no later than March 1, 2007.

Note: Exhibitors are responsible for covering delivery costs and picking up materials at the close of the symposium.
Any remaining items will be recycled. If mailing printed collateral, Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all materials are received on time. Somara Institute is not responsible for lost or shipment delays. No refunds will be issued due to shipping delays or errors. After February 1, 2007, Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements to deliver marketing materials directly to Fort Mason Center.

Cancellation Policy:
Request for full refund must be in writing and received by the Somara Instiitute by February 1, 2007.
A $50 administrative charge will be withheld from each refund.
