Information Basics
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2007 Creative Arts Therapies Symposium.
Why be a Volunteer?

As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to further your knowledge and experience of the Creative Art Therapies. While amongst an enthusiastic environment, volunteers gain access to the workings of the symposium, whle working in community with other like-minded people. The contribution given by each volunteer ensures a successful weekend.

We offer our volunteers a reduced registration fee and opportunity to meet and assist Workshop Presenters, many who are prominent professionals in their field, and networking with others interested in the arts. We greatly appreciate and depend on each volunteer!
Volunteer Registration
The Volunteer Registration is $135. The fee includes two workshops of the volunteer's choice. Volunteers Accepted on a First-Come Basis until February 1, 2007.

Note: Membership to the Somara Institute is not required to volunteer for the symposium.
Volunteer Schedule
Volunteers must be available to work throughout the Symposium Volunteer Times. All volunteers may be asked to work during Set Ups, Opening Reception, All Food Functions, Workshops, Evening Events and Clean Ups. Each volunteer will receive a schedule to include the possible Volunteer Shifts.

Volunteers should expect to attend one Orientation Meeting on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 4:30 PM OR Friday, March 2, 2007 at 7:30 AM. Volunteers will be asked to select a time when you reserve your space and pay your registration.

2. Pay for your Volunteer Registration Online, Click Here.

Note: You have 15-minutes to complete your registration, so be sure you have selected and written your workshop selections prior to entering the registration page. You will not be able to return to the Symposium Information once you are there.

3. Complete all the questions on the Participant & Volunteer Information Sections, including the mandatory Volunteer Orientation Meeting.

4. Make your Secure Online Payment by MasterCard or Visa.

5. We will send your agreement contract and further details.

Please register as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request on our schedule. Pre-registration is required as we cannot accept volunteer registrations the day of the event. Thank you.
